Apparently one of the objectives is that REAL names will be required — and rather than that preventing copyright violations etc. what will in fact happen is that stalkers will be able to attack anyone at any time.

SOPA is just one of many efforts to kill the Internet — or make the Internet a complete tool of governments. We know already what the fascists can do to block access to anything than the news and views deemed acceptable to the dictators of a country — China is a prime example.

You must verify who you are when you register a new domain name, even an international one. 

So, if I pay GoDaddy or any other outfit my $9 for curry.blog and have it point to my server at blog.curry.com, I will have to prove my identity upon registration. Presumably with some form of government approved ID. 

This way, when OPEN or perhaps a non-NDS-version of SOPA is passed, if you break the rules, you will be hunted down, regardless of where you live or operate since this also includes international domain names.

Although the article didn’t mention if she was forced to walk through the death ray machine — pregnant women are NOT excused and must either go through the machine or be sexually molested by the gestapo TSA.

The facts of the death ray porno machine still stand — these machines are not regulated or inspected by the FDA. NO independent USA testing has been done on the machines. However, these machines have been tested in Europe and have been rejected as being potentially harmful to European fliers and also a waste of money and time due to a high rate of false positives. In other words these death ray machines flag innocent travelers for sexual molestation because of baby bumps, breasts or genitals.

These death ray machines — can give from 6 to 100 individuals cancer per year. You see the problem with x-rays is that the dosage is cumulative and one doesn’t know when the next TSA x-ray could give the dose to trigger cancer. Besides which there is no reliable or believable data on what these machines might be doing to the TSA agents, since the bosses at TSA refuse to allow the TSA working next to the machine — which would track the dosage workers are exposed to.

So far I’ve seen extreme poverty and extreme wealth. There are pockets of private land in the middle of the Gila National Forest. Most of this land is farm land and range land where you can see working farms and cows grazing. Then there are the pieces of land sold by ranchers so that they can stay in business. Huge houses are being built on these mini ranches, as the worthless for farming land is usually advertised.

New Mexico has several “scenic driving tours” and we were on one of the extreme back roads heading into the Gila National Forest. It was lunch time so we stopped for lunch and I was taking photos of the mountains in the distance. This was a high overlook or vista on a steep road. Camera in hand — I suddenly saw two small white aircraft. Instantly I knew I was watching the flight of drones — just like the ones used in Afghanistan, Pakistan and in the near future, Africa. The biggest clue that I was watched the flight of drones was that there were no windshields in the tiny craft, plus their size means no humans were physically piloting these low flying drones. No civilian air craft would be flying so low – in fact I am told that this sort of joy riding would be illegal for civilian aircraft.

Once we returned to our home away from home I quickly did a google search and found photos of the drones and some additional information about the increasing use of drones against civilians in the US. It is all about the need to monitor and keep the 99% of us under the control of the militarized police gestapo forces in the US.

Tampa will host the GOP convention next year and they will be using drones to monitor citizens.

Rick Perry wants to use the drones to watch for illegal drug traffic.

The two drones that I watched were completely silent the whole time they traveled over the landscape, until they turned down a canyon. Then all I heard from the drones was what sounded like distant thunder. We continued to hear the thunder of the drones for several minutes. These drones are designed to sneak up on a target — deliver their rockets and be out of sight.

Earlier in the day we realized that we also witnessed another very low flying aircraft — again very small, with no windshield. This one was painted a bit darker color. There were no identifying markings on this aircraft.

The Occupy crowd is fighting for a better future and I’m in a remote area of the country watching the future fly by.

I’m on the road again — this time in New Mexico. It would seem that in western and northern New Mexico some of the most popular stores are Walmart, Big Lots, Dollar General and Family General. As yet we have not been to a crowded or busy Home Depot, Ace Hardware, or Lowes. People don’t have the money to spend on home improvements. The economic reports are telling us that income hasn’t risen and there are few if any jobs. Meanwhile the CEOs of major corporations are making multi millions of dollars.

What sort of future will today’s high school and college graduates have? College grads are now saddled with thousands of dollars of debt — that’s before they even begin their careers (often as store clerks).

The tipping point in OWS’s protest has been reached.

0bama might have been right — CHANGE CHANGE CHANGE. But that change will probably not happen with his leadership — because he represents the very Corporate interests who are stealing from America. Take a look where 0bama’s money is coming from — Wall Street.

Either we were boarded by the Coast Guard or hijacked by a gang wearing black combat boots pretending to be the Coast Guard.

Since the Coast Guard acts like a hostile occupying force when making “random” hijacks of private boats — they too should be added to the list of hostile occupation forces in the United States, along with the highly militarized police forces throughout most of the US. Is the US turning into a modern copy of Hitler’s Germany?

Most Coast Guard needs training on how to be understood on the radio. 

Apparently the Coast Guard doesn’t bother to train personnel how to use the radio, messages are garbled and repeated only once — while the front end of the message is repeated three times (somewhat clearly — as least the “Coast Guard” is understandable.). The Canadians on the other hand have a professional radio presence. Canadian Coast Guard are able to give complex information over the radio while speaking clearly and distinctly. This sort of professional presentation is missing from the US Coast Guard message delivery.

America has undergone major negative changes since the end of the Cold War era. During the cold war the enemy was evil and willing to do anything to take over America — or so we were lead to believe by the politicians and religious leaders. Now that the Cold War has been won we now must be wary of the “terrorists” — apparently it is so unclear WHO exactly these terrorists are, that everyone is treated as a potential terrorist by the home guard, of der Fatherland (a.k.a. Homeland Security). The TSA — a unit of Homeland Security feels empowered to sexually molest any and all passengers –even little children.

American Citizens are treated as if we were the enemy by the “new” military.

Right after the twin towers were hit on September 11, 2000 — anyone was a suspect. Massive amounts of money were spent on small “buzz Boats” to chase off any boat coming “close” to military boats or territory. The keep away distance was set arbitrarily rather than a case by case bases.  In many cases military buzz boats charged civilian boats — attempting to either force the boat aground or block channels into bays. Thankfully the buzz boats are now out of action and markers have been placed so that pleasure boaters and fishers know which areas are off limits.

The Coast Guard has became an enforcement agent for the Navy, guarding military ships during their passage to Naval bases in the Puget Sound and the Hood Canal. After 9/11 and with the passage of the “Patriot Act” the Coast guard began transitioning to their new role as the hostile military occupation force — keeping America safe from everyone, including Americans.

Post 9/11 suddenly anyone in a boat was considered the enemy. I started hearing stories of forced boarding of privately owned pleasure craft. The excuse used was that the Coast Guard needed to do “safety checks”. When in fact the expensive red boats were used aggressively like barbarian thugs. There were persistent reports of Coast Guard military boards boats with crews wearing military style BLACK combat boots forcing their way onto civilian owned pleasure boats. Decks are destroyed by the black tar combat boots worn by the Coast Guard. Boat repair after the invasion by the Coast Guard often required hours of cleaning or repairing damage of done by the hostile boarding parties.

Our usual exposure to the Coast Guard’s expensive “go fast” boat were the severe wake the left behind. The red boats speed through narrow passages, leaving huge wakes in their paths. We learned to yell WAKE — whenever we saw a Coast Guard red boat — knowing that they would not be very neighborly or kind when they shamelessly tossed boats with their wake.

Unfortunately everything we had been told by other victims of the US Coast Guard is very true.  We were boarded (randomly – BS) and treated like criminals. First the thugs nearly ripped off the life lines on our boat when three grown adult males grabbed the life lines and pulled at the same time. My husband asked they to “STOP” until he opened the gate. These guys were pissed that we wanted them to board one at a time through the gate, which had re-enforced stanchions, specially design to take the stress of boarding. Repairing that damage would have cost several hundred dollar as well as many hours of labor. It was really shocking to watch three grown men attempting to destroy our sailboat’s life lines. Their damned “safety” check was in fact endangering our lives — if we had allowed them to destroy the boat’s life lines. The men were also male chauvinist pigs — when I asked them not to wear their black tar combat boots on my boat. (These pigs assumed that since I was female I didn’t know how to steer my boat.) Their boots did in fact leave heavy marks which took heavy scrubbing to remove. To get rid of the black streaks which will not scrub off we will need to resurface the decks on the port side of our sailboat (projected cost of the resurfacing is approximately $200). They gave us no respect and I responded in kind — with no kind words for thugs and pigs. Prior to putting our sailboat in the water for the trip to the San Juan Islands we had a mandated insurance company survey done on the boat. The boat passed the survey with no problems — in fact we have gone above and beyond any coast guard safety requirements. So again this boarding was a sham and a farce. All they were really interested in was — show us your papers or we shoot you – just like Hitler’s Nazis. This was the underlying message.

Since I have absolutely no fear, nor respect for these creeps I told them exactly what I though of their Homeland Security — Gestapo behavior. My dad was career military and he bought into the Cold War mythology. I know he wouldn’t be pleased that the sacrifices he made for his country have been sh#t on by the US Coast Guard and the rest of the hostile occupation forces, other wise known as the US Military.

Message to Homeland Security types who believe they are prison guards. 

You guys are supposed to be working for the tax payers — we pay your salaries. Everyone should be concerned when a civilian force becomes militarized steam roller and behaves like bullies, hooligans, thugs, barbarians and terrorizes We the People — we remember and find it very difficult to trust anyone who wears a military uniform. I’m wondering how long it will take the US to turn into evil bad guys of the Cold War. In Red Russia, Red China and Red Korea the civilian population were treated like the enemy of the state and watched and monitored constantly. East Berlin built a wall to keep their citizens from escaping. I was in East Berlin and East Germany in the 1970s — and the East German military was a hostile occupation force — ready and willing to shoot their own people. I had a close friend who lived in Berlin when the Nazi brownshirts invaded homes looking for “illegal” books. So yes I am concerned when I see the militarization of police forces and the US Coast Guard.

Most people are now too fearful to talk back or report the gestapo actions of the Coast Guard and others associated with Homeland Security. I’m complaining about the US Gestapo — but most people will simply repair the damage caused by the Coast Guard — and complain to other boaters. Here are other examples of gestapo behavior. These reports sound similar to our negative experience at the hands of Homeland Security-a.k.a. Coast Guard

Two of the Moss Landing Harbor residents who were the subjects of random boat searches during Labor Day Weekend say their experiences were closer to armed invasions than the friendly “safety inspections” characterized by U.S. Coast Guard officials.

Both residents said search crews entered the harbor in inflatable boats with machine guns mounted on their bows. Then, carrying M-16 rifles, they approached residents and boarded and searched their boats in the name of safety and “homeland security.”

One resident, who asked not to be identified for fear or retribution, said his experience was “very intimidating, very frightening.”

“To me it reeks of Nazi Germany and the death squads in Argentina,” he said. “I don’t want my name on their list.”

“It seemed a little unreasonable at 10:30 at night,” he said, “but it was the middle of the night and I was half asleep, so I said ‘OK.’ At this point, I looked out and saw six to eight officers (on the dock) and all appeared armed.”

The officers boarded his boat and quickly spread out beyond the immediate deck without invitation, saying they were conducting a safety inspection.

“I can say with all certainly that what they did was not a safety inspection or in any way related to a safety inspection,” he said. The officers demanded access to the bilge, saying they wanted to make sure the boat wasn’t taking on water.

“This was highly suspect,” Jones said. “If you’re on board, you’d know if you were taking on water.”

When Jones showed them the bilge, the officers repeatedly, and with increasing forcefulness, demanded to know if there were other accesses to the bilge. They also “demanded” the driver’s licenses of everyone on board.

Here’s a comment and experience from another CG boarding survivor. The CG bastards are heavily armed.

Coasties seem friendly enough, but anyone fishing for Salmon in Alaska out of thier little boat can attest to the nasty way these supposidly “safety inspections” are carried out. It goes way beyond the need of safety and way beyond what you would tolerate for your home. The catch: Often a Boat is your home.

Your wonderfull Supreme Court has held these gun-point searches are legal.

Looking at the cops working for the Wall Street criminals — makes we wonder how many of the cops are bulking up on steroids? Sorry but I always wonder about muscle bound cops after reading about the misuse of steroids by cops. More on use of steroids by cops — here and here and here 

One of the side effects of steroid abuse is Aggression.

In both men and women steroid abusers, evidence of “roid rage” or increased aggression from too much testosterone is a hotly contested topic. However, in animal studies, the relationship between steroids and aggression has always been pretty clear.

In some studies, more than 80 percent of steroid-treated animals become extremely aggressive. In humans, the picture has been clouded by alternative explanations and a lack of hard evidence. Only in recent years have researchers been able to confirm that steroid-induced aggression is a real human phenomenon that can occur in individuals who take large doses of steroids for extended periods of time. This heightened aggression can lead to irritability, stress, and violence. 

When the circuits in the brain that are responsible for impulse control are influenced by steroids, it affects this system that inhibits aggressive response, predisposing some abusers to violent outbursts. Researchers do not yet know the key as to why some abusers are more affected than others, but the correlation between steroids and aggressive behavior is a documented phenomenon.

Update: NYC Cops use pepper spray on restrained protesters. 3 Young women standing on the sidewalk are held in place by a portable fence (cops holding fence) another cop wearing a white shirt walks up to the women and deliberately sprays the can of pepper spray in their faces. The three women are shown on the ground screaming in pain. The cop who assaulted the women walks away, replacing the can on his belt. ALL male cops were involved in this assault –  from the male cops who restrained the women to the male who held the pepper spray. A poster made of the women on their knees obviously in extreme pain will be worth a thousand words.

Note that the NYT says “appears” to show protesters being pepper sprayed — what the hell — this video SHOWS clearly a cop spaying women penned for his convince by other stinking cops. the NYT video is in slo mo — with arrows showing the cop in white shirt. This creep needs to be identified and arrested for assault — sorry what am I thinking?? That is a NYC cop — these guys can get away with rape and murder.

Watching political theater is a form of entertainment in the US — I’m watching the line dancers who call themselves “GOP Presidential” candidate wannabes. Ron Paul has been the Bride’s Maid in the GOP line dancing theater for so long that he really doesn’t have to work at name recognition.

Ron Paul is a male chauvinist pig. I don’t vote for male chauvinist pigs (nor for female chauvinist pigs).

Ron Paul is supposedly a Republican and a Libertarian. Here’s the definition of Libertarian from Wikipedia:

So the Libertarians want minimally regulated markets — but the Ron Paul branch of the Libertarians —  want to have rigid control of women’s right to choose and a woman’s control of her own body.Does  Ron Paul want to make breeding females slaves of the Federal Government?

The Libertarian Party’s political platform (2010) states: “Recognizing that abortion is a sensitive issue and that people can hold good-faith views on all sides, we believe that government should be kept out of the matter, leaving the question to each person for their conscientious consideration.”^[39] In the early 1980s, Libertarians for Life was formed to support change in the Party’s pro-choice stance. In 1987 Pro-Choice Libertarians was formed to support continuation of the pro-choice position after Ron Paul, an opponent of abortion, decided to seek the Party’s presidential nomination.^[40]

What is it with these males (and a few wack job females) in both parties who want to turn women into slaves? Obama is no different — he has already shown by his support of Stupack’s sexist rantings that he (Obama) has zero respect for women. Obama is no different from the rest of the field of Republican candidates. Why are the Republicans even bothering — they have the man they want in the White House already.

Ron Paul you are a sick man if you cannot understand the cognitive dissonance of favoring minimally regulated  – markets, and a form of isolationism in foreign affairs — and yet you want to have absolute control over women’s bodies?

Although Ron Paul and the Libertarian doctrine have some common sense approaches to the WAR on Drugs that the US has been involved in for the last few decades. Ron Paul has a cognitive disconnect when it comes to women’s choice and a woman’s control of her own body. Ron Paul is in league with the right wing crazies of the GOP on the subject of a woman’s control of her own body.

So Paul-bots you need to think about the man you follow — the guy has a cognitive disconnect with reality — or just plain old cognitive dissonance. What else is he lying about?

We watched a bunch of loyal zombies in 2008 support what they thought was their super hero – the Obama illusion who was presented as a comic book sort of guy who would save the world. Those were the 0bots of the last election Presidential elections. Ron Paul’s followers are members of a personality cult. Ron Paul’s fellas swarm the blogs — just like the 0bots did in 2008.

Ron Paul doesn’t think that women count as human beings.

A horrible crime happened 18 years ago three boys were murdered and three older boys were blamed. Six boy’s lives and the real murderer is still on the loose. There was no justice — the three boys, now men, who survived have lost 18 years.

Not here; I feel nothing but sweet sorrow because, while Damien Echols (who had actually been on death row most all of the intervening time), Jessie Misskelley Jr. and Jason Baldwin are free, a solid little chunk of the American justice system, due process and fundamental fairness was sacrificed in the process.

Let one of the three, Mr. Baldwin, speak for himself and me here:

“This was NOT justice. I did not want to take this deal, but they were going to kill Damien an I couldn’t let that happen.”

And therein lies the huge rub. The facts had never been particularly solid against these three once young men. They were brow beaten by avaricious prosecutors, sought to be lynched by a southern community ginned up on fear, horror and emotion and poorly served by their attorneys at the original trial level. In short, every facet of the American system of due process was compromised and tainted, and they have sat convicted, one on death row, ever since as a result.

Thanks to a litany of friends, motivated activist celebrities like Johnnie Depp, Natalie Maines and Eddie Vedder, and documentary filmmakers the cause of the West Memphis Three has never died. And, in fact, I would love to say that all that sweat, love and belief was vindicated today. But, sadly, that is simply not the case.

The good folk of Tennessee were all set to string these three boys up. The legal system has failed these men and continues to fail them. There will be no apology from Tennessee and probably the cops won’t bother to find out who really killed the three boys so long ago.

Tennessee is a backward, ignorant state. With apologies to the minority who try to do the right thing.

Obama is looking at some very bad numbers for any President at this point in his term. He has made a fool of his most ardent followers and the Democrat party is in disarray from lack of leadership. Even the fools in the Republican Party who are itching to run against Obama don’t make Obama look better.

The deal has proven to be a complete flop in swing states where we’ve polled it like Colorado, North Carolina, and Ohio. And in every single one of those states a majority of voters overall, as well as a majority of independents, think new taxes are going to be needed to solve the deficit problem. ”

Obama and Mrs. 0 preach austerity to Americans but we see no evidence that they know what austerity even means. These are two people who have had it easy compared to the vast majority of Americans. Obama bought two new buses from Canada to take his midwest campaign tour. Mrs. 0 travels on a separate plane — just because she can (evidently — because there is no other acceptable excuse).

Give it up Obama — Retire and live somewhere on a tropical island with a golf course. Leave the rest of us in peace. As I see it with Obama in the White House there will be a couple more forever wars started.

What if this happens to a school girl in the US? In fact in Republic Missouri this is exactly what happened to a 7th grade student. After reporting the rape she was bullied into recanting by the adults. The very adults were were supposed to protect her. She was expelled from school and then “allowed” to return to the same unprotected, hostile and dangerous environment. The boy only had to wait until he could find a time and place to rape her again (on school property — in the library). Where was the school counselor or the school nurse — was anybody at this school standing up for the victim?

The staff of this school’s response to the second rape — not again — she is lying aging.

Her mother took her to professionals who collected the physical proof of the rape. The school’s response — still blaming the victim.

The boy was taken away — and pleaded guilty to some sort of secret charge. Is he in jail? Will he be listed forever as a sexual pervert/rapist? This is the Missouri Christian Taliban — so who knows.

Seems like males are busy continuing to protect rapists even the ones that start as soon as they can “get it up”. CBS is covering this story with more details. The school counselor is one of the school’s staff being sued. Unbelievable that a school counselor would be part of the abuse of this girl.
