Perversion of Justice

So the one percent got a conviction – by using goon thug cops. Cecily McMillan is a political prisoner. In many Muslim countries the female victim of sexual assault is jailed or even stoned to death.

Matt Taibbi recent book is about the two justice systems – one for the Wall Street con men or gamblers who got bailed out with tax payer money and then the sort of justice everyone else gets. Can any cops be trusted? Or is the system now so broken that no cop anywhere can be trusted. A plain clothed cop goes up behind a woman and viciously grabs her breast. The encounter was witnessed and caught on tape. The retarded jury never heard from witnesses who saw what happened nor did this retarded jury see any video other than the worst blurry image that the corrupt tool of the state would allow. There is no clearer example of a rigged system than the trial of the political prisoner Cecily McMillan.

Paul Craig Roberts writes the following regarding the sexual assault of Cecily McMillian.

Cecily McMillan is an Occupy protester who was seized from behind by a goon thug cop–a goon thug with a long record of abuse of authority–by her boobs.  One was badly bruised.  Cecily McMillan’s elbow reflexively and instinctively came up, and Cecily was arrested for assaulting a goon thug. The goon thug was not arrested for sexually assaulting a young woman.

False arrests of this sort are common in the US.  Indeed, they are more common than justified arrests.  The police and the courts are completely corrupted institutions that reek of injustice and evil.

This trial was exactly what would happen if the USA was an Authoritarian Banana Republic.

Oh my – that happened a long time ago the USA is an Authoritarian Banana republic. Most of us have been in denial – thug goon cops happen in third world dictatorships.

False imprisonment and kangaroo courts happen somewhere over there somewhere. Cops in America don’t shove children’s heads through store windows, but that is what happened in the Bronx. And then the cops fought with the EMTs who are trying to save the life of the child. This doesn’t happen in America – except when it does. Even when cops are caught on video beating someone to death – nothing is done to the cops. Retarded juries find the cops innocent. The whole justice system is perverted. (Retarded juries refers to citizens who lack critical thinking ability, because they are too lazy to question anyone in “authority”).

How do we fix a system that we the people don’t control? The one percent have their army of well armed thug goon cops to do their dirty works including the sexual assault of women. I am concerned about what sort of world today’s children will inherit. I’m a Pacifist and violence is never the answer. Too many innocents are harmed by violent regime changes. Peaceful resistance and peaceful protests are met with violent force in Authoritarian dictatorships. See the militarized cops response to the Occupy Wall Street movement. It seems that the peaceful demonstrations tend to incite thug goon cops to riot and become violent. This violence is related to lack of leadership or perhaps the knowledge thug goon cops have that they can get away with murder. There seems to be no orders coming from those in command to thug goon cops to act like professional peace officers. If there is coordination it seemed to be boobs grabbing by cops.

This link is a story about thug goon cops holding shot guns on innocent men women and children who just happened to be at the same step light as a bank robber. The cop caught the robber but still held innocent people in hand cuffs. Many innocent people were terrified and harmed both physically and psychologically. There is one photo of a thug goon cop aiming a shot gun at the head of a child. WTF. I remember when this story broke and hoped that the victims of thug goon cop violence would use. Using the cops every single time the abuse their authority in a non violent and peaceful way to change the system. Of course tying the judgements to the police pension fund would also send a message.

Polynesian voyaging canoe

The islands of the Pacific were populated by the Polynesian people hundreds of years before the Europeans seamen stumbled on the vast chains of inhibited islands. A few years ago replica of the double haul sailing canoe was built. The old traditional navigation by stars, currents and the flight of sea birds was used to sail from Hawaii to Tahiti in 1976 and then to other Pacific Islands as far east as Easter Island.

The Polynesian Voyaging Society is going much further again using traditional sailing canoes as well as modern electronics to keep in touch with the world and to educate students about the old’s ways being made relevant for today’s world.

We will be able to follow the progress of this epic voyage through the power of the Internet. 

In the opening titles for the Sci-fi TV series Enterprise about the first starship Enterprise the is a tiny video clip of a Polynesian Voyaging Canoe. The human quest to travel out there is very strong.

Window 8 is junk

From the beginning I knew that Windows 8 was going to be intrusive and basically a mess. Microsoft seems to be counting on most computer users to be clueless about just how intrusive their operating system. It appears to me that Microsoft is working for NSA. If one gives all the information that Windows 8 demands then identity theft is a huge possibility.

So I will be moving over to a Linux based operating system. And of course installing Linux is going to be another challenge. Microsoft undoubtedly doesn’t want any other operating system competing with their junk software.

The new Windows 8 assumes that all of your information will be filtered through their system. If you opt to use Windows as is – out of the box you will be logging onto your computer via the Internet. The is another option – called a local log on. What I want to do is delete every bit of MS Window 8 and perhaps install Windows 7 – or simply opt for a full Linux.

I have a feeling that NSA was deeply involved in the development of Windows 8. Now I’m wondering how many backdoors have been installed. MS wasn’t Windows 8 users to go through a hub – why?  I don’t want everything about me to be “kept” by any corporation or spy agency. There are limits. Forcing computer owners to connect before we can get to our bought and paid for personal computer is just so un-American. It’s like we need permission from big corporate brother in order to use something that we own. Microsoft Word nor any of the other bloated “office” products will not be installed on the “new to me” computer. (It is a reconditioned used computer.) OpenOffice.org has an excellent set of office software. A word processor, spreadsheet program, power point like program and a database program.

When Window 8 came out it got mixed reviews from the techies. I’ve been using various Windows O.S. for ages – I managed to skip some of the horrible messes. XP was good and then Windows 7. But now I’m ready for a third party open source operating system.

Funny how the above opinion about Microsoft almost sounds like I was writing about politics. Third parties and the two dominate computer operating systems. Let’s hear it for open source – Independent candidates – I mean software.
